
In this unique program, Cliff Wise, who has been certified as a Yoga for Golfers™ instructor, will personally work with you to improve your body function by building mobility, stability, flexibility and strength. Cliff will create a yoga program specifically designed for your needs as a golfer, based on any physical limitations that were identified in our TPI Fitness Assessment as well as the results of your Golf Swing Analysis. After the program you will notice a significant improvement in your performance both physically and mentally.
The Yoga For Golfers™ program was founded by golf fitness expert Katherine Roberts and is featured in many golf publications, including Golf Magazine, GolfOnline.com, Golf for Women, and The Golf Channel.
