We develop a customized Fitness Training program based on YOUR needs as a golfer that will improve your golf game and lower your chance of injury.

12 Point Fitness Evaluation

We conduct a 12 Point Golf Fitness Evaluation using TPI Guidelines which enables us to discover your strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, and physical limitations that will affect your golf swing. We then provide you with a written evaluation outlining your physical characteristics as they relate to golf, that explains your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances in easy to understand language.

Golf Specific Personal Training Program

We will develop a program based on the results of your 12 Point Golf Fitness Evaluation using TPI Guidelines. We also collect basic data on your medical history as it relates to physical performance and limitations. We then develop a program tailored to your needs as a golfer and designed to correct swing faults, improve accuracy, power, and avoid injury. Your fitness program can be self conducted at home or in your gym or by your own personal trainers.
We have access to hundreds of golf specific exercise videos developed by TPI and Katherine Roberts Yoga For Golfers.
