For $95 you get:

A computer generated analysis of your Kinematic sequence using K-Vest and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) guidelines 3d software. What is all of this?

First, the kinematic sequence. We look at the body as having different groups such as the pelvis and the thorax (chest area). These groups or segments each work separately i.e. do their own job but work in conjunction with each other to produce movement. In the golf swing there is a definite sequence that the body follows in all good golfers. The downswing begins in the pelvis. The pelvis accelerates and quickly slows down to transfer energy to the thorax. The thorax does the same thing and transfers power to the arms. The arms transfer power and speed to the club head. Because this all takes place in about 1/3 of a second you need a computer to be able to record the sequence – there is just too much going on for the eye to see.

The graphical image of the Kinematic Sequence can be seen below;
The vertical bar on the left side of the graph represents rotational speed. The bar on the bottom of the graph represents time in seconds. You can see how the different segments of the body accelerate and decelerate to pass power from one segment to the other. If the correct Kinematic Sequence is not learned you will actually dissipate power between segments.
We can – and will – teach you the correct Kinematic Sequence.

K-Vest is a vest that you wear. It has three electromagnetic sensors on it. One is on your pelvis, another between your shoulders and the third on your hand – attached to your golf glove. When you make a swing these sensors broadcast their position to the computer during the swing. The computer records this and transforms the information to graphs that our certified staff can interpret.
Titleist Performance Institute has been studying the physical part of the golf swing for about 12 years. Swing faults are what cause you to hit the ball in a slice or hook, short – or not at all – a Whiff! Most swing faults are caused by physical restrictions. These can be caused by sitting at a desk all day, poor physical conditioning, lack of warm-up, injuries, joint diseases, etc. etc.

A 12 point golf fitness evaluation using TPI Guidelines

The second thing we provide is a 12 point golf fitness evaluation using TPI guidelines. Simple tests – for example – like trying to touch your toes will alert our trained staff to physical restrictions that can cause swing faults.

A written evaluation outlining your physical characteristics as they relate to golf

We use our training to interpret the results of your physical fitness test to devise a written evaluation outlining your physical characteristics as they relate to golf. We will show you your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances in easy to understand language. This evaluation is something you can use for your own fitness program or to show to your personal trainer at your club. We also offer personal training in our on site fully equipped gym. Our facility is a one-on-one oriented facility (With the exception of couples who can train together) with a private dressing room, shower and powder room.

A golf fitness index number for future reference

We give you a golf fitness index number for future reference. If you are a real go getter and start working out on a regular basis you can return to our facility at anytime to get re-evaluated. We will hold the cost at $95.00 for clients responding to this offer. (The usual cost is $250.00).

A printed version of your kinematic sequence

We will also give you a printed version of your kinematic sequence. This is also valuable to show your golf pro or for future reference.
This is an unbeatable offer using cutting edge equipment in our state of the art facility. We are offering this at the average cost of one golf lesson because we want you to see the power of computer evaluation and what else we can do for you at our facility in Atlantic Highlands.
If you sign up for one of our customized fitness training programs we will design a program tailored to YOUR needs as a golfer. Again, we use TPI guidelines developed over time to address specific weaknesses and imbalances. This will improve your golf game and LOWER YOUR CHANCE OF INJURY.
All of the exercises in the TPI workout builder have videos for the trainer to review.
